-Knowledgeable in Electronic Parts Catalogue.
-Knowledgeable in System Application and Product in Data Processing(SAP)
-Ensures controls are in place for handling inventory located in the Parts showroom to achieve zero variance.
-Receives deliveries of parts and accessories in reference to purchase orders, ensuring controls in the process.
-Responsible for the timely processing of the actual issuance of inventory, including posting done in the system.
-Accurately update and reconcile parts inventory records within the dealership's Dealer Management System (DMS) and other inventory tracking systems.
