I am a 4th-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student, majoring in System Development, with strong experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Support, system analysis, software design, and graphic design. As the Quality Assurance member of our capstone project, I created test plans, performed functional and usability testing, documented bugs, and collaborated with developers to enhance system performance and user experience, ensuring compliance with ISO 9126 software quality standards.
In my Technical Support role as an IT Student Assistant, I assisted students with school email issues, performed hardware and software troubleshooting, managed account resets and access through the admin console, and maintained accurate IT inventory records. This experience strengthened my skills in customer service, confidentiality, problem-solving, and delivering efficient and reliable IT assistance.
