Over time, my consistent adherence to instructions and deadlines—paired with a strong focus on quality—led me to advance to the role of Quality Analyst.
In addition to my BPO experience, I have spent the last 5 years building my career as a Virtual Assistant. During this time, I developed a diverse skill set including cold calling, leasing support, email marketing, appointment setting, SEO, and lead generation.
