I’m currently employed as a Client Service Manager. I work closely with Financial Planners, primarily supporting Financial Planning firms based in Australia.
Over the years, I’ve gained solid experience using platforms such as XPLAN, Xeppo, CRM systems, Ontraport, MyProsperity, and other tools commonly used in the financial planning space. I also bring a background in banking operations, which adds depth to my understanding of financial services.
I also worked as a Team Leader in Learning and Development, and also as a Subject Matter Expert in customer service, where I focused on coaching, mentoring, and supporting both clients and tea-----------mbers. That experience has shaped my approach to collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering consistent service.
