After earning my Bachelor Degree in Architecture, i work as draftsman, does drafting to complete construction drawings, documents of small scale projects such as Residential Projects and Commercial Projects in an Architectural firm. Further became a Site Architect, perform project coordination, implementation and supervision. Consequently worked in an exclusive Village Association office as Building Officer which performs implementation of village deed restrictions and Village maintenance project and attend to House repairs, renovation and new construction requirements to the Village homeowners. Became an OFW to Morocco as a Project Manager handling project management staff of five. It was Retail industry, Duty free shops company. I delegate project management tasks to my staff, such as preparing and sending bid forms, getting contractors bids, initial evaluation of bids and recommendation, project coordination and supervision of each project assigned to from a repair to new construction works that the company undertake in Airports of Morocco.
