- Provide Human Resources management support to the School Head and coordinate with AO IV (HRMO II)
- Update regularly 201 Files and maintain a database of personal information of school personnel
- Facilitate processing of personnel compensation and benefits
- Facilitate procurement of school supplies, materials, and equipment based on approved SIP/AIP or as directed by the School Head
- Monitor and check MOOE and SBFP liquidation and other cash advances of the clustered school
- Assist the School Head in Financial Reports, respond to queries of personnel, and perform other related tasks
