I’m Toby Gilson P. Flores, 23 years of age currently residing at Pasig City, Philippines. I'm a former Customer Service Representative (healthcare account) in a call center company for almost 4 years, which includes my responsibilities of communicating to member and providers, scheduling appointments, billing, answering inquiries, basically any healthcare needs that the member is concern about. I bring a rare mix of reliability, adaptability, and pro-active communication. I anticipate needs before even voiced, and stay calm and organized even under pressure.
