My work experience was being a front office Medical Virtual assistant representative. Im good in handling inbound and outbound calls. I primarily worked as an appointment scheduler and over time gained the capacity to do insurance very verification, prior authorizations and some billing.
Tools that I am readily familiar with are EMR systems like Dr. Chrono and WebPT, and also Availity and Cover-----------ds where i did my insurance verifications and prior authorizations, respectively.
