I have been serving as an Administrative Officer IV at the Bureau of Internal Revenue for the past five years. My professional experience is grounded in core human resource functions, including recruitment, leave and attendance monitoring, rewards and recognition, and the learning and development of employees. In addition to these responsibilities, I am also a dedicated member of our Internal Quality Audit Team, contributing to the continuous implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards since its inception in our agency. I have likewise been actively involved as a member of the Regional Gender and Development Focal Point System, supporting the integration of gender-responsive initiatives within the organization.
