I work as a call center agent for one year which I had my language training that improves my communication skills, how to handle irate customers and calls, how to multitask during the calls, enhances my working ethics in a call center settings and after that I d----------- to apply as an Online English Teacher for different Korean companies which I was able to improve my interpersonal skills, how to deal with students with different ages and cultures then resigned and I applied and worked abroad as a general secretary in a logistic company located in Dubai which I do general task like cleaning, buying office supplies needed in the office, track orders, bill of lading, checking the status of the products in the customs, design receipts and also assist my manager on the financial accounts of the company. It is a very different tasks from the two companies I worked from but the experience is exciting and I learned a lot. After a year I went back to the Philippines and go back as an Online English Teacher with the same company I've worked before and opportunity came when I was hired as an employee in the Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Burgos where I do administrative tasks, simple lay outing and graphics designing, internet maintenance, website development and maintenance using wordpress, simple technical troubleshooting most especially on software, preparing minutes of minutes, setting the venue for meetings including the technical equipment to be used, organizing meetings, making program papers and invitations for the meeting and at the same time I also worked as a BAC Secretariat for infrastructure, goods and consulting services for the different projects of the government while having my part-time job as an Online English Teacher however I resigned in the government last April 1, 2025 but still working part-time as Online English Teacher. With that I am looking for another part-time job or fulltime if given the opportunity.
