I have been working as a technical support analyst and Service desk analyst for more than 8 years and I have a lot of experiences on handling customer's issues and concerns, more likely with their printers, copiers, scanners, computers and routers. I can multitask as well. While giving instructions to customers over the phone, I can navigate, make documentations, send emails and update customer's information all at the same time. I am very well trained in using all Microsoft applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Access, etc. I actually don't have any experience yet on having an online job or home based work but I definitely know that I can successfully contribute a lot with your business even on a part time basis.
