I recently completed a five months internship at a Microfinancing company in the Philippines, where I handled data entry and telemarketing tasks. I entered client names, their details, loan amounts, and business information into Excel. I also made telemarketing calls, offered loans to potential clients, and conducted surveys of those interested in borrowing. I made sure to speak politely and clearly, explained loan terms simply, and kept records accurate.
I also spent one year managing e commerce operations on Shopee PH uploading product listings, tracking sales trends, setting pricing and promotions, and updating stock.
I spent five months doing product research for Amazon where I identified profitable products, analysed competition, and prepared listings for launch. I used tools like Excel for organising data and studied market trends to help listings perform better. I also used Amazon seller tools such as Helium 10 and Keepa to support research and pricing decisions.
