I’m Christian Jay (CJ) Domingo, a Management Information Systems graduate from Ateneo de Manila University with a
specialization in Data Science and Analytics. I had the opportunity to intern at Shopee and was assigned to the Seller Operations
team, where I worked closely with data: building ad hoc dashboards, running SQL queries, and helping streamline weekly
reporting. This experience deepened my interest in using data to solve real operational challenges.
Adept in ITIL-aligned service workflows, Agile project cycles, and COBIT-based governance principles. Proven experience in
IT operations, data pipeline monitoring, and process automation through internships and capstone projects. Led a university-
wide chatbot deployment that saved 100+ staff hours weekly by implementing ITIL v4-aligned i-----------, change, and release
management processes. Proficient in Python, SQL, and stakeholder training. Passionate about delivering operational excellence
through structured, framework-driven IT service delivery. I enjoy finding ways to make systems more efficient and believe in
