I’m currently a Customer Service professional with experience in banking, publishing, and food delivery accounts, handling customers from the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Most of my background comes from fast-paced BPO environments, where I’ve worked on everything from billing concerns and subscriptions to more sensitive financial cases like disputes, identity verification, and fraud detection.
At one point, I was just a first-year college student with no experience. Now, I’ve handled hundreds of customer interactions, resolved complex cases, and even caught fraudulent activities that helped protect both customers and the company. That growth didn’t happen overnight—it came from showing up, learning fast, and staying consistent.
Outside of work, I’m a Communication student majoring in Creative and Performing Arts. I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, whether that’s through writing, theatre, or content creation. I’ve worked on scripts, performed in productions, and helped bring creative projects to life. That creative side actually shaped how I communicate: more empathetic, more thoughtful, and more real. At the same time, with strong commitment and time management skills, I’ve been able to balance work while studying—and I’m now graduating this year, something I’m truly proud of.
I’ve also taken on leadership roles, like serving as a student government secretary, where I handled documentation, coordination, and internal communications, basically making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What I bring to the table is a mix of structure and creativity. I can handle clients, manage tasks, solve problems, and still think outside the box when needed.
If my background aligns with what you’re looking for, I’d be happy to connect and discuss how I can contribute to your team.
