Frances Nicole Morales is a marketing and communications professional and virtual assistant with a strong foundation in broadcast journalism, content strategy, and executive support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines, where she majored in Broadcast Communication with a minor in Journalism. Her thesis was nominated for Best Thesis for its research on self-presentation among Filipino Gen Z. During college, she worked as a Brand Campaign Manager and Cinematographer, a Scriptwriter and Director for university productions, and a DJ Intern and social media writer for a regional radio station. That background in storytelling, scripting, and audience-first communication shapes everything she does now.

She currently serves as the sole owner of the marketing function at an Australian AV and telecommunications company, supporting two brands and reporting directly to the CEO. In seven months, she built and ran a 147-piece content pipeline, developed a new product from naming to full go-to-market asset suite, produced industry expo sponsorship materials, planned a private client event end-to-end, wrote a CEO's LinkedIn thought leadership content and a published magazine article, and managed internal operations across CRM, onboarding, client comms, and project coordination.
She is based in the Philippines and works comfortably across any time zones.
