Hi, I'm John Keneth Gasmin — a Logistics and Operations Support Specialist with 1 year of hands-on experience as an on-site Logistics Coordinator / Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in the Philippines.
In that role, I handled technician dispatching, service coordination, job tracking, scheduling, and customer support — making sure field teams, clients, and stakeholders stayed aligned every single day. It's a fast-paced role that taught me to stay organized, think ahead, and take full ownership of my work.
