I’ve worked my way through the supply chain and IT space from the ground up. I started in the warehouse as warehouse personnel and team leader, then moved into procurement as a junior and later senior buyer. From there I shifted into IT, leading teams in supply chain management and taking on global roles as a senior product support analyst and support engineer.
Through all of it I’ve built strong expertise in ERP systems, problem solving, and keeping operations running smoothly while leading process improvements that boosted efficiency and customer satisfaction. I supervised and mentored teams, handled workload balancing, and resolved complex issues, all while driving new product installations and special projects.
On the procurement side, I managed indirect materials planning, sourcing, and supplier relationships with a strong focus on cost savings, accuracy, and inventory control. Earlier roles in warehouse operations gave me hands-on experience in material flow, kitting, and production support, where I earned recognition for zero variance in tracking, smooth project execution, and continuous improvements that supported lean manufacturing goals.
