-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all queries and
clarifications are addressed promptly and professionally.
-Manage effective communication channels between customers, onshore
teams, and the production team to ensure seamless workflow.
-Deliver high-quality, real-time support to clients, contributing to the timely and
accurate execution of their projects.
-Coordinate and oversee job requests from customers, ensuring proper
handoff and alignment with the production team.
-Verify that all project instructions are clearly defined and that all required
working files are complete and accessible.
-Reviews requests and determines whether the job is for revisions, format,
proforma, finalize and issue or SOC job.
-Monitor and manage the job queue, proactively preventing delays in
production and delivery schedules.
