I have developed a strong skills in communication and attention to details through my work with various organisations. I am good at conflict resolution which is very important in handling difficult situations in oder to ensure customer's satisfaction. I possess a superb communication skills and a lot of patience which helps me to stay calm and collected when dealing with frustrated customers.
