I have delivered end-to-end IT support to over 100 users, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network systems. My role includes administering and resolving issues in Microsoft 365 environments—covering email configuration, account management, and SharePoint access—to optimize team collaboration. I handle the setup, installation, and upkeep of computers, printers, and network equipment, while coordinating with vendors and escalating complex cases when needed. In addition, I have supported network deployments, server upkeep, and system upgrades, contributing to more stable infrastructure performance. I also streamlined IT processes by implementing desktop imaging, antivirus monitoring, and regular backup strategies. By introducing preventive maintenance schedules, I was able to significantly cut down on system downtime and improve overall productivity.
