As an educator and trainer for many years in the field of ESL (English As A Second Language), I absolutely possess strong administrative skills and professional communication skills. In addition, I have an open mind and have built a solid Human Relation skills to successfully collaborate with individuals or agencies to achieve common goals. Moreover, part of my job includes doing research, planning, writing, and developing strategies for different learners with different needs.
