I spent my college years as an academic scholar while juggling my role as a member turned vice president, which eventually led me to be appointed as the president of our department’s organization. In my former role, I managed to gain experience of handling teams in charge of organizing conferences and as well as hosting.
During my internship in the marketing department at a hotel and resort, I became the assistant of our Sales Head. I was tasked to do admin duties (documentation and filing and proof-reading documents because I served as Editor-in-Chief of our school newspaper in high school), handle the company’s social media accounts, and trained the succeeding interns in accomplishing aforementioned tasks.
My first work as a Customer Service Representative at a US based healthcare company gave me an opportunity to enhance my communication and multitasking skills. Dealing with irate clients was never easy, but I learned to be more empathic and to work under pressure. I was a consistent top performer in our department, which resulted in awards and recognition.
I also became an Influencer Marketing Specialist as a part time. I was able to connect with brands and influencers by acting as an intermediary. I negotiate the terms and conditions of both parties to ensure smooth process of collaboration. I also worked with the creatives team in conceptualizing fresh yet engaging contents on social media.
