For the past year, aside from being a student, I have been doing small businesses and digital reference works-from content for social media posts to editing short-form videos, all this with a view to making a small business grow online. One of the biggest assets I use is communication. Working to align a small business’ content to their voice, values, and campaign goals is one of the most critical intersections of where I apply my communication skills. From editing contents to post (photos and videos) to scheduling a content calendar to attracting target markets, I approach every task with a sense of ownership and care.
