I value a growth mindset attitude and translating ideas into tangible results are my core principles as an employee. I have 5+ years of work experience, excluding internships and online work, from my undergraduate studies up until now. Teaching English has always been a feather in my cap, but having another interest that I want to excel in is something I am gladly working on. I also dutifully benefited from the workarounds of being a Behavior Analyst (analysing children to teens with special needs), and I have also experienced the recruitment process as a Human Resources intern as well.
