With two years of experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative handling international calls and chats, I have developed the ability to address customers’ needs efficiently while meeting client KPI metrics in retention, sales, collections, and customer satisfaction.
In addition, I used to be a youth leader at a non-profit, where I spent a lot of time connecting with people from different walks of life. I’ve always had a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with diverse groups to help build a stronger community for youth and future generations.
