I’m currently working as a Training Coordinator for a US client-based company, where I handle recruitment, onboarding, and training support for different roles. At the same time, I also work as an HR Assistant Manager for a local company, where I manage employee relations, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations. These experiences have strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and multitasking. I enjoy supporting both leadership and employees to keep processes smooth and consistent.
