Hi, my name is Thea Faye Moscatilez, I am 23 years old, and I have an experience as an Inbound Customer service representative. A CSR i usually work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints like doing troubleshooting, answer questions, and process orders for them. Lately, I have been thinking about how much I learned working in customer service positions in the last 8 months, and well, it was a lot! Being a CSR for telco I learned how to prioritize my day to day task and developed a string sense of urgency and abiligy to multi task. Although dealing directly with the customer is a huge challenge most of the time but i've learned to listen and understand customer needs and focus on clear communication, patience, and empathy leads to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty. It turns out that working in customer service is an amazing lesson in how to be a considerate person and a resilient worker.
