I am an IT professional with experience in technical support, graphic design, administrative coordination, and sales. At the Department of Education – NCR, Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD), I served as the sole technical support staff, where I managed equipment setup and maintenance for training events, provided on-site assistance, and produced presentation materials and training videos. I also previously worked in real estate, which strengthened my skills in sales, client relations, and communication. These combined experiences honed my problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. With a strong foundation in IT and added expertise in design, sales, and quality-focused tasks, I am eager to contribute to IT-related roles such as technical support, software testing, or creative IT solutions.
