- Process end-to-end payroll for Canadian employees, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation using ADP Workforce Now.
- Manage multiple payroll frequencies (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and provincial tax laws.
- Respond to client inquiries related to payroll calculations, deductions, remittances, and year-end reporting (T4, ROE).
- Maintain employee records and ensure all payroll updates (new hires, terminations, leaves, benefits) are properly reflected in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Generate and review payroll reports to validate data accuracy before final submission.
- Support payroll audits and assist clients in understanding payroll best practices.
- Utilized the Time and Attendance module to manage employee work hours, leaves, and scheduling data for seamless payroll integration.
