For the past 2 years I worked as a Network Engineer in the Wide Area Network (WAN) team, I support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s enterprise network infrastructure across branches and ATMs nationwide. My responsibilities include configuring and deploying routers, switches, assisting customers via email daily , installation of wireless modems, as well as supporting routing protocols such as BGP and port-channeling to ensure reliable connectivity.
