• Manage multiple inboxes (corporate, apprenticeships, recruitment, director’s email)
ensuring quick responses and smooth communication.
• Draft proposals, contracts, terms of business, health and safety documents, and client CVs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from Seek and add them to Vincere; manage new
job postings and send bulk mailouts.
• Process compliance via WorkPro: check licences, format, relabel, and upload to Vincere.
• Maintain and update client/candidate profiles in Vincere and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy.
• Support apprenticeship program: prepare AASN forms, update Apprenticeship Hub, and
schedule TAFE training in Outlook calendars.
• Generate reports (MEA Mentoring, EziDebit, Exemplar EOM, monthly client reports).
• Provide payroll and timesheet support, including basic invoicing.
• Assist in labour hire recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and candidate support.
• Act as go-to support for ad-hoc projects across recruitment and admin teams.
