I am a Service Engineer / Mechanical Fitter with over three years of hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machines, primarily focusing on pneumatic systems in industrial plants.
I handle air compressors, air dryers, pneumatic accessories, chillers, high-pressure washers, and vacuum pumps.
As part of my role, I also perform basic fabrication, welding, and oxyacetylene work. I am well aware of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical and electrical diagnostic tools, as well as measuring instruments.
I frequently travel to various industrial parks and customer sites to conduct machine evaluations and preventive maintenance of machines on-site.
After completing each task, I provide detailed service reports and technical documentation, which I review and discuss with the customer.
I also have experience in the railway industry from my on the job training/internship. I was assigned to the maintenance department, where I assisted in assembling and dismantling of trains components, which we also performed preventive maintenance and hauling of train sets in the depot area.
My overall experience is that I am exposed to noisy, dusty, greasy, and other hazards in a work environment. So, having a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certificate, which makes me to be a safety officer 2 aswell, I have the knowledge to promote safety and health in your company’s work environment.
