Ensures exit interviews are conducted to gather feedback and identify improvement areas. Tracks the proper safekeeping of personnel files and legal employment documentation. Validates the accuracy of leave credits and usage to prevent disputes. Confirms that all employees are aware of and can access company policies. Tracks the shift from manual to digital systems for HR record keeping. Prepares monthly payroll of other companies. Prepares all the documents for the remittances of government contributions (SSS, PHIC, and HDMF) of employees under. Prepares 13th month pay of present employees (Other companies). Prepares payroll summary list and submit to the bank for debit to the corresponding account. Prepares pay slip for employees. Processes employees’ leave applications. Registers new employees with SSS, Pagibig and PhilHealth and ensure timely posting of Employee and Employer’s contribution. Maintains organized, efficient and accurate records/filing system of Payroll, DTR & time keep summary of employees. Prepares payroll-related documents (In-House Payroll, 1601-C) every 8th of the month for submission to the Accounting Department. Prepares computation of BIR Alpha list annually.
Prepares daily time record of monthly employees under CMC, BHL and BHP rank and file for timekeeping. Prepares daily time record of weekly on-call/seasonal employees under BH Packaging for timekeeping. Performs other work-related duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
