-Built a structured recruitment and onboarding process from scratch, replacing ad hoc branch-based hiring.
-Designed a data-driven manpower system that saves the company ?10M annually while ensuring fair workforce allocation.
-Managed payroll and compensation with a focus on fairness, cost-efficiency, and eliminating overtime abuse.
-Resolved all inherited DOLE cases, protecting the company from risks, while maintaining zero new cases under my leadership.
-Implemented a bi-annual performance evaluation system, enabling two-way feedback between employees and managers.
-Spearheaded the company’s first Leadership Development Program and seminar series, creating a pipeline for future leaders.
