I have nine years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where I developed strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. I also worked as a Flight Attendant, which strengthened my customer service, adaptability, conflict resolution, teamwork, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Currently, I am new to the Web Admin Assistant role, which introduced me to the Virtual Assistant field. Even though I’m still gaining experience in this area, I’ve quickly adapted and discovered how well my transferable skills—organization, communication, time management, and the ability to learn new tools fast—apply to this role.
