My background includes working as an Accounting Assistant and Account Officer, where I handled records, transactions, client concerns, and regular communication with B2B customers and suppliers. These experiences strengthened my attention to detail, communication skills, organization, and ability to handle business-related information accurately.
Alongside my work experience, I’ve developed practical eCommerce skills through self-learning and hands-on practice, including product research, data entry, spreadsheet management, order fulfillment, product listing, and basic Shopify and eBay operations.
