I've been working as a Human Resources/ Administrator officer for 5+ years. I work well in a team but also on my own as I like to set myself goals which I will achieve, I have good listening and communication skills. I'm a fast learner and hard worker and a team player. I've been working from home for a year and five months on the night shift, and because my client is in the United States, I'm following US time.
I provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. This was motivated by my love for human relations and building connections. I am an excellent communicator, highly organized, detail oriented, and a fast learner.
