I am a Customer Service Representative in my previous work. I am responsible in handling the information on customer's account. We manage their personal information to ensure the safety of their accounts. I also used to be part of the escalation or supervisor line wherein I am responsible not only the customers issue but also the issue of each Customer Service Representative. We help and motivate them to give their own judgement on how to handle certain issue that they encounter. I was also part of the Staffing Administrator within the same company; I handled all the inquiry of each applicant regarding to the status of their application and regarding to their requirements. We make sure that all the inquiries and issues are being resolved on time.
