I’ve been working as an HR Associate for the past 3 years. In that time, I’ve gained hands-on experience in key HR functions — from onboarding to employee engagement, benefits administration, and supporting policy implementation. I've also collaborated with cross-functional teams, helped streamline HR processes, and served as a go-to person for both employee concerns and leadership support.
What sets me apart is my strong attention to detail, my people-first mindset, and my ability to balance both the administrative and relational sides of HR. I’m genuinely passionate about building positive work cultures and supporting employee growth, and I believe that HR plays a critical role in shaping that experience.
