I used to work as an Technical Support for a BPO company where I handled a Tech Account in which covers online streaming and sales. The scope of the previous job which includes; troubleshoot technical issues with the customer's concern on their devices and accounts, Data Management with the practice of confidentiality to protect the privacy of the company and the customers, Billing and Payment, and lastly is Sales in which convincing the customers to upgrade their units/devices as depends on their eligibility.
