I worked as a Mobility Sales and Service Support Agent Trainee on the AT&T account, where I assisted customers with mobile service inquiries, billing concerns, device upgrades, and order processing using the Order Management System (OMS) and CRM tools. This role provided me with valuable hands-on experience in customer service and telecommunications, helping me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Although my time as a trainee lasted for only two months, I gained meaningful exposure to real customer interactions and internal systems. During this period, I recognized the need to further build my readiness to fully meet the demands of the role and made the decision to step away to focus on personal and professional growth. This experience has been an important learning opportunity, motivating me to better prepare myself for future career challenges.
