• I have 3 years of experience as a customer service representative and technical support specialist. I have assisted customers of different nationalities over the phone and through chat. I have worked on a technical account where I provided troubleshooting steps both over the phone and through chat to resolve customers’ technical issues with their home security devices, such as indoor and outdoor cameras, door locks, thermostats, door and window sensors, and more.
