I’ve spent the last 7 years working hands-on in Amazon operations. I started with product sourcing, quickly recognized team inefficiencies, and stepped up to fill gaps without being asked. I proactively learned every part of the process to support the team and keep things moving. Over time, I took on more responsibility by handling applicant assessment, onboarding and training new hires, writing SOPs, and assisting with daily operations. That growth led to my promotion to Operations Manager, where I helped grow our VA team from 3 to nearly 15. I also played a key role in building a brand from the ground up, helping scale it from zero to over $2 million in annual revenue within 3 years. I now manage operations across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. I’m quick to learn, adaptable to different situations, and sharp at spotting small issues before they grow. I train people, build systems, and make sure the work gets done right. I don’t just complete tasks. I make the operation stronger.
