I was a Quality Assurance Lead with over four years of experience in the BPO industry, particularly in eCommerce, and I’m now transitioning into a General Virtual Assistant role. My work has involved much more than quality checking as I regularly handle reports, schedule calendar meetings, work on documentation, create SOPs, conduct process improvement research, and coordinate with other teams and departments.
I’m highly comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboard creation, and script/macro automations. I’ve also worked with CRM and QA platforms such as Kustomer and MaestroQA, as well as communication platforms like MS Teams, Outlook, and Slack. One of the projects I’m most proud of was improving our team’s productivity tracker, which reduced the time agents spent recording their daily work and is still being used today.
My QA background has made me very detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of information. Now, I’m looking to bring those skills into a General VA role where I can support clients with administrative tasks, calendar management, data entry, reporting, documentation, and other day-to-day business needs.
