As part of my internship in Data Analysis and Quality Control, I had the opportunity to contribute to several key initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and workplace safety. I was involved in collecting and interpreting data to support quality assurance efforts, which helped enhance overall process consistency. A significant part of my role also involved conducting on-site inspections to identify areas for improvement and compiling reports with actionable recommendations. I supported a team-wide quality control review by analyzing data using Excel to uncover trends and inconsistencies, and I used Canva to create clear visual workflows and flowcharts to support communication. Through this experience, I developed a strong understanding of how data-driven insights can contribute to continuous improvement in both processes and the work environment.
