I am Lyza M. Macabulos, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education. I have one year and six months of experience in the BPO industry with Optum, where I worked as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, I assisted patients in managing their health insurance benefits, handled prior authorization requests, and helped manage provider claims information while ensuring accurate documentation and excellent customer support.
During my time with the company, I was recognized twice consecutively with the “Make It Matter” award for going the extra mile and consistently achieving high customer satisfaction through positive survey results. I was also recognized for excellent time management, as reflected in my consistent adherence to scheduled work hours without lapses or gaps.
Through my professional experience, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a solid work ethic. My previous role has helped shape my professionalism and strengthened my commitment to doing the right thing and delivering quality service, even in challenging situations.
