- Develop, document, and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
- Performance Monitoring - Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Generate and analyze reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Quality Assurance - Implement quality control measures to ensure products and services meet or exceed industry standards and clients' expectations.
I'd been working in the Amazon platform for almost 6 years since I started to work as a Product researcher, then got an opportunity to work as a Product Sourcing Manager till I got the chance to work as an Operations Manager. through my Journey, I've experienced different kinds of tasks that honed my knowledge and skills in day-to-day operations at Amazon.
