Morgan Chase & Co. Over the years, I have gained extensive expertise in customer service, financial account management, fraud prevention, and technical support, allowing me to handle a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.
During my time with Concentrix, I provided comprehensive support to clients by addressing billing concerns, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with financial and software-related inquiries. I worked closely with customers to ensure their needs were met, their accounts were accurate, and that they received timely solutions to their concerns.
