I handled end-to-end HR and payroll functions for over 100 employees across three sub-companies, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and service charge computation. I supported the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding, prepared HR documents and notices, and maintained employee records. I also liaised with contractors and HMO providers, assisted in revising the Employee Handbook and OSH Program, and coordinated employee training programs.
