Let me tell you my background as a Talent Acquisition expert who has 8+ years of expertise in transforming "need help ASAP" into "we are extending the offer". I have been in the field of IT, Marketing, Aviation, FinTech, and professional services that I have been able to handle end-to-end hiring, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop talent plans that can be applied and actually perform in the real world, rather than solely on paper.
What is my *ME at work? Simply, I combine findings and a human touch. I believe in effective teamwork and effective communication ensuring that candidates do not feel that they are another CV among the crowd. I assume responsibility, I can be swift when necessary, and I can be flexible when circumstances keep evolving (which they always do).
